The Site may provide links to an external investor portal. BlueIO does not collect, store, or process investment or financial information through this Site. Access to the investor portal is subject to the portal provider’s separate terms and policies. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or financial product.
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, podcasts, videos (including AI-generated media), and other materials—is owned by or licensed to BlueIO unless otherwise noted. BlueIO may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to the contact listed below.
